HelpNet is headquartered in Battle Creek, Michigan, with service sites throughout North America and the capacity to also service overseas locations.

HelpNet - as a division of Battle Creek Health System - is accredited through the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).
