November 13, 07 Nearly 70 percent of surveyed employees experienced at least one legal life event in the past 12 months, resulting in increased stress and reduced workplace productivity. Nearly one-third were less productive on the job as a result of legal live event(s). One-quarter of employees took time off work to deal with a legal life event. Only one in eight - 13% - of surveyed employees work for an employer that offers group legal insurance plans, yet seven out of 10 view legal plans as useful. Source: Russell Research
