Nearly 70 percent of surveyed employees experienced at least one legal life event in the past 12 months, resulting in increased stress and reduced workplace productivity.

Nearly one-third were less productive on the job as a result of legal live event(s).

One-quarter of employees took time off work to deal with a legal life event.

Only one in eight - 13% - of surveyed employees work for an employer that offers group legal insurance plans, yet seven out of 10 view legal plans as useful.
