Each day, Americans are bombarded by hundreds of conflicting images - advertisements for fast food restaurants interspersed with pitches for the latest diet fad or exercise wonder.

A healthy workplace begins with healthy employees. In partnership with Workplace Options (WPO), the world's largest provider of work-life employee benefits, HelpNet is uniquely positioned to answer members' general wellness questions, provide preventive health and complementary care information and assist them with locating appropriate health resources in the following areas:

Weight management
Smoking cessation
Fitness and exercise
Pre-and postnatal care
Menopause
Stress management
Chronic conditions: asthma, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, back pain
Complementary care: chiropractic, yoga, acupuncture, massage

By accessing services, members receive a personalized wellness plan based on individual health needs, plus referrals to screened wellness providers and free books and educational materials that support the plan. Wellness Coaches stay in touch with each caller for at least one year to assist with implementing the wellness plan.

Our personalized wellness coaching service increases the likelihood that individuals will make lifestyle changes and either avoid future claims or reduce the frequency and severity of such claims.

Wellness Coaching services can be delivered via phone or Internet.
